Dressing:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP white wine vinegar
1 TBSP parsley, finely chopped
salt and pepper
Salad:
1 bag Spring Mix lettuce or Spinach
1-2 Avocados, chopped
3-4 Green Onions, chopped
small pkg Crumbled Blue Cheese
Caramelized Sliced Almonds (see below)
Pour 4 TBSP sugar and a small bag of sliced almonds in the bottom of a nonstick pan, keep stirring over med heat until sugar caramelizes and the almonds turn a light golden color. Stir the entire time to prevent burning.
