Ingredients:
1 cup "Double Chocolate Chips" Ghirardelli brand
1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup Cream
6 Tablespoons Butter, cut into small pieces
Options: Cocoa Powder, Crushed Almonds or Pecans
Directions:
- Simmer cream in a small saucepan, then add butter.
- Microwave chocoalte chips 1 minute or until smooth, don't over-cook
- Add cream and butter mixture to chocolate.
- Place in a shallow container and refrigerate for 2 hours
- Roll into 1-inch balls with a melon baller.
- Roll in cocoa, almonds or pecans
- Refrigerate when finished
